Many of the town's park facilities are available to rent for special events.

Rental Rates:
- Residents $150.00
- Non-resident $200.00
Rental Details:
- Rental period: Up to 6 hours
- Hours: Sunrise to Sunset
Payment Information:
- Payment is due within 7 days of booking
Payment Options:
- Online: Credit card (3% non-refundable processing fee applies)
- In-person: Cash (at the Recreation Office)
Deposit:
- A $100.00 deposit is required (cash or check)
- Refundable, provided no damages or violations occur
- If a deposit is not received within 7 days of reservation approval, event will be cancelled
Cancellation Policy
- To receive a full refund, events must be cancelled 3 business days prior to the event
- In the event of inclement weather, the event may be rescheduled based upon availability
- No refunds will be issued in the event of inclement weather
Facility requests must be submitted 10 business days prior to the event. Exceptions to this policy can be made at the discretion of the Recreation Director to accommodate for special circumstances such as memorial gatherings.
