Women's Self-Defense Class -- with Freedom Tae Kwon Do

Learn techniques and tactics of basic self-defense. This class is for women ages 18 and older of all shapes, sizes and strengths.

Girls 14 - 17 years old may register if accompanied by a paying adult and parent must complete a child waiver form upon arrival to class. All payments must be received prior to July 14. Credit card payments can be made online, check/cash may be mailed or dropped off in person at Town Hall, 1 Overocker Road. Payments will not be accepted the day of class.
